So you see, the strategy is the same. Tools are however different, and when it comes to online business, you need to learn to be a bit technical too. Tracking the performance of your emails and ads is a crucial part of a successful online marketing strategy. This was not possible when Direct Mail is still a thing. Your only metric there is when people don’t respond, then that’s simply because your message did not work. 

However, with Kartra and other tools, you can see if your customer actually cared to open the message or not, and which part of the message did they actually respond (or click) on. This kind of information can help guide you on how to improve your communication strategy and earn better results as you go further in your business.
