How to Enroll and Grow a High-Performing Organization

Ever wondered how some people managed to build and grow a huge networking organization from scratch? You might be wondering how these leaders/gurus/entrepreneurs have solid top-earners under their watch, or how they could have managed to grow other successful leaders as well.

Well, these people might have different business strategies and attitudes, but they do know one thing – you can’t make it to six or seven figures ALONE. Yes, these people understand that to be able to establish a successful organization (and earn big money at that), they have to be backed by a team. And an insanely good team at that.

If you think that simply ‘working for it’ and doing a couple of sessions for a couple of people each day will cut it, then you’re completely misled. Earning six or seven figures is impossible without a strong team, and to get a good team, you should know how to organize and build people to lead that team. So how do you grow that team? You must…

Commit to a higher level of excellence.

People will always tell you to go the “extra mile,” and as a networker or entrepreneur, that cannot be truer. When you commit to a higher level of excellence, you don’t just get to be efficient, but you are also setting a good example as well.

If you want to grow a high-performing organization, you must set the bar. Be the standard that your team should aspire to. Be grateful for whatever comes your way, but don’t get easily contented either. Always keep striving for bigger and better results.

Taking in the extra effort to gather prospects, leads and conducting sessions each day like clockwork enhances your productivity and efficiency. This is what your team should see in the organization, and this is how they can also perform efficiently – by having a role model to aspire to.

Know that everyone is part of something better and bigger.

Working for yourself is a good motivation, but knowing that your efforts are part of something bigger and better is the best motivation (and inspiration). When people just work for themselves, they will just clock in at work, do the job mechanically, leave, wait for payday and then repeat

However, for people who know that they are part of a bigger picture, it won’t just be about simply logging in, working and then waiting for the next salary – it is about committing to do your best each day to contribute something for everyone’s (including your) benefit.

Team members of high-performing networks know this. They know that what they do is not just some mechanical work that needs to get done by the end of the day, they understand that everything they do will have a ripple effect and that their success is greatly intertwined with the rest of the team’s success. When a group works towards a common goal, there is a higher chance of achieving greater heights compared when you work alone.

Commit to the process, not just the end result.

Many people will tell us to keep our “eyes on the prize.” However, we should not also lose sight of the process. If you simply want to achieve that six-figure earning by the end of the quarter, your attention will only be fixed on the trophy (end result), and not the stumbling blocks and obstacles (process) along the way that can prevent you from getting it. So keep your eyes on the prize – but don’t lose sight of the process and challenges either.

When you commit to the process, you can concentrate your focus and attention on the day to day tasks and challenges that should be achieved before you can finally reach the end goal. This is basically the passion that can get you where you wanted to be.

When your team understands how important it is to commit to the process, they won’t be stressing over how difficult it is to achieve a certain target. Rather, they would divert their energy to do their best and achieve mini-goals on a daily or weekly basis.

Replicate and maintain good work ethics and efficiency each day.

Success is not possible overnight. In fact, success is just a result of all your daily habits. Committing to efficient processes, hard work and cooperation day in and out may seem like a small thing (and it might even seem routinary), but over time, this builds up to something. At times, you might be enjoying the process so much that the next thing you know, you have already achieved more than your original goals.

A good team has to understand that success cannot come quickly. Patience, persistence, and determination are needed aside from productivity and efficiency at work. The bigger the goal, the more time is required to achieve it.

Aside from success itself, the journey towards it is the more fulfilling one. The journey will enrich one’s experience, outlook, and knowledge more than any achievement will. In a team, the journey will strengthen camaraderie that is, of course, the main element of high-performing organizations.
