You long for more freedom, right?
Freedom from an office job where you are stuck in a cubicle.
Financial freedom where your expenses and savings are determined by your limited salary.
Freedom from working long hours so you can enjoy yourself with your family.
A lot of people achieved these at the beginning of their success in network marketing. However, as their success grew, their time dwindled. In addition, their income is also determined by how much effort they exert.
Why?
Because they don’t have a proper system in place. Your network marketing business will only fly longer-term if you establish a system that can be duplicated by your team.
In fact, you can reach your goals faster if you have the right systems in place. Lack of duplication will lead to poor results and wasted knowledge. Your team members will not be able to attain the numbers that were promised to them. Moreover, the skills you teach them will not be practiced. If this happens, your team members will lose the drive to continue. They will either stop doing network marketing or look for a new team to join.
Duplication doesn’t have to be too technologically advanced. You can make use of more conventional methods too, so you don’t have to worry. The trick to effective duplication is through training and practice. Apply those skills in a live setting to create an environment for duplication. Record or write them and make them available to everyone, and your system will replicate.
Remember, duplication does not depend on what you teach but the manner you teach, and the system you use to automate the delivery of the training.
