How To Attract Endless New Prospects and Team Members Automatically

You might have noticed how some well-liked successful people have grown their network into huge proportions in a seemingly short span of time.

It’s like lots of people just automatically follow them overnight without much effort on their part.

Do you ever wonder why that is? Have you seen how these people achieve instant success?

In marketing, this is called an unfair advantage.

Yes, it is unfair because success in networking just naturally followed them – and they did not even have to make a hundred phone calls. But the reality is, these people are not merely successful networkers – they are already successful people on their own right.

Before networking, these people usually were successful professionals or community leaders who are highly regarded by their friends and acquaintances. Being successful and well-known in their field, people are already drawn to them because of their perceived authority and credibility. In other words, people already trust them.

If you are one of those people with authority before you were a networker, that is your advantage.  We had that advantage, and it works for a while, but it does not sustain success. To sustain success, people with success before networking need to learn the skills of networking.

The truth is, people love to follow winners and achievers.

But if you are not “there” yet, does that mean that you cannot attract a huge following as these highly successful people did? Well, don’t be disheartened. Even if you deem yourself to be the average joe, you can attract new people and prospects endlessly if you know what to invest yourself in.

So let’s talk about that process, step by step:

Phase 1: Training Wheels

There are certain network marketing skills that are proven to be timeless. This does not mean that you should be out there on the streets to look out for prospects or go door to door like the old days, that is only one strategy.

Let’s talk about basic people skills – how to build relationships….

What we mean here is that there are communication and engagement skills that remain as a classic and effective method of networking. Building a community and knowing how to train people are also part of these skills. No matter where you take your prospecting activities (whether online or offline), you need these skills with you.

If you think you need to brush up on your people skills, then you should! Find any material or guide that can help you become better at talking and dealing with people. Effective communication is key, and you can do this on Social Media too!

At this point, you must also establish a dedicated Social Media page for your network marketing activities. Start publishing unique content that your readers would love to hear and read. You can start small with your current circle, then expand your reach via Sponsored Posts.

This is also the basics of growing an audience or fan base.

Phase 2: Building Your Brand

Now that you have slowly built a following, it’s important to keep in mind that you need to be able to engage and influence people. You should maintain a certain brand or image. Make sure you are consistent with your content and efforts. Build up your authority in the niche.

You don’t have to have a hundred or thousand followers at this point. As long as you have 20 to 50 followers on the onset, that’s fine. Just keep going! The important thing here is, you have successfully attracted several people to follow you – and you can do the same with others too (soon).

Now that people are tuning in, make sure you engage with them regularly. Many networkers actually prefer doing Facebook Live sessions, but publishing regular posts is also okay. But what should you talk about?

Now you might be tempted to talk about your business often, but this is actually a wrong strategy. People won’t like it if you are always inviting them to try your products or join your business. It would be too in-your-face, and you would sound desperate.

The rule here is to use the 80-20 rule. 80% of the time, you deliver valuable content that is not just for your prospects, but for your general audience as well. This could be your personal stories, life hacks and tips (which would include your product), and any inspiring posts or messages you can give. The remaining 20% will be your time to talk about your business and actual products. Serious prospects will reach out to you through comments and messages, and you don’t even need to convince them yourself!

Phase 3: Landing Whales

Yes, as long as you continue to deliver value, prospects will eventually reach out to you instead of you contacting them. Once you have established this, industry leaders would notice as well. And soon enough, you might even find yourself working and collaborating with these people!

Valuable content is not just for your audience and prospects. It could also strike a chord with other team leaders and professionals too! You will attract the right people as long as you continue producing honest, engaging, and valuable content.

Do these things, and attraction marketing begins to work for you….
