Co-Founder of WebinarJam and Kartra Passes Away
It was sad to learn that Andy Jenkins, the co-founder of WebinarJam and Kartra, passed away on October 9, 2019, after a long battle with cancer.
Jenkins was known to be one of the most respected mentors in Internet Marketing during the heyday of Stomper.Net.
He successfully mentored thousands of digital marketers, with many of them making their own mark in the digital marketing world today.
Although Jenkins has passed on, his tools and creations will continue to be useful and impactful for many digital marketers today and in the future.
For example, Jenkins helped launch WebinarJam in 2013. Today, it is one of the most popular webinar tools for live casting, streaming, and broadcasting. It is also used as a collaboration tool for many remote workers and marketers in different parts of the world.
Kartra, on the other hand, is an all-in-one platform that helps small business owners launch an online business without a big team.
It allows online business owners to create pages, sign-up forms, email campaigns, and other website services without the need for hiring content writers, designers, or programmers. We started using it in 2019, and it has quickly become our favorite system, saving us money and simplifying our marketing while making it much more effective.
Jenkins also served as the CEO of Digital Genesis.
He will be missed, but his legacy and products continue to serve.
